Instant download files are available as soon as payment is received.
If I am responsible for personalizing products then processing time takes between 1-3 days. If I am responsible for creating a completely custom product then processing time will take between 3-5 days. This time can lengthen based on your own response times as I will be sending proofs to you to approve once I have completed your custom order. Once you approve the proof I will then send you your files to whatever email you provide.
Your files will be available to download once your payment has processed. All orders are currently being fulfilled through my Etsy shops so you can find more information on downloading your products by clicking here.
If you have problems downloading your files please feel free to send me a message and I can email your files to you.
Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply with physical product orders. I’m not responsible for delays.
I am currently having all payments go through my Etsy shops. Etsy accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Klarna, Sofort, Ideal, PayPal, and Etsy Gift Cards.
Etsy keeps your payment information secure. I do not receive any information about your payment method or information.
Cat’s Pink Paper reserves the right to change a product’s pricing at any time without notice.
Returns and Exchanges
For digital products:
Unfortunately, due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. With this said, if you have a problem with something you ordered please reach out to me and I will try and work with you.
For physical products:
I gladly accept returns and exchanges as long as you contact me within 14 days of receiving your delivery. All returns must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery.
If you receive a defective product please send me a detailed message and include pictures so that I can resolve issues expediently with my vendor. I will get a replacement product shipped out to you as quickly as possible.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
